We are seeking experienced Production Supervisors to join our team at an automotive manufacturing facility in Hebron, Ohio. The role involves managing and overseeing a team of machine operators, assemblers, and other production staff. This is a 3rd shift position, but may require some training on 1st shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee daily operations of a team of machine operators and assemblers.
+ Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.
+ Implement and manage continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.
+ Supervise production management and ensure adherence to manufacturing processes.
