Job Description

The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for executing the production schedule to ensure products are processed in accordance with established quality specifications and packaging requirements, while maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory policies.
Key responsibilities
Conduct shift reviews of production to ensure accuracy.

Promote a collaborative and team-oriented culture.

Provide support and coach/mentor employees while troubleshooting deviations to prevent future occurrences.

Support management with changes and assist as needed.

Ensure compliance with GMP standards for food and personnel safety, as well as Kerry policies.

Support the SQF Food Safety and Quality System by implementing and following procedures, participating in GMP inspections, internal audits, management reviews, and training.
