**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily operations for up to 60 staff members on the plant floor across one to two production lines. This role involves coordinating production activities to ensure optimal output, quality, and efficiency, while adhering to USDA and OSHA guidelines.

**Responsibilities**

+ Monitor production to ensure products meet established specifications and quality standards.
+ Ensure daily schedule attainment for production lines.
+ Manage daily activities of team members, maintaining accurate records of attendance, disciplinary actions, and promotions.
+ Ensure proper staffing levels and communicate changes to management, staffing agency, and HR.
+ Monitor material usage to prevent over or under usage.
