Job Description

  Responisibilities: 
 Conduct daily handover meeting together with Shift Superintendent and day staffs. Give proper guidance and daily work instruction to shift teams and make arrangement for maintenance works
 Monitor process and equipment conditions closely using DCS PI trending, daily field operation and maintenance work tems, in oder to ensure plants ae operating safely, smoothly and at optimum conditions
 Assist and initiate to troubleshoot n process and. or equipment issues by providing solution/ alternate way to resolve the matter. Conduct root causeanalysis on incident to prevent recurrence
 Work closely with M&E and operation shift superintendent to decide on important/ urgency of maintenance issues, safe preparation of equipment to handover to M&E and safe handover of equipment back to production
 Work closely and initiate with M&E to troubleshoot, analyze and improve the situation to prevent equipment failure
