Production Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of candy and confectionery products
• Operate basic machinery and equipment (with proper training)
• Pack, label, and organize finished products
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist in inventory and stock monitoring
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate
• With or without experience (experience in factory/production is an advantage)
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Willing to be assigned in Navotas City
