The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment. This role involves assembling products, operating various tools, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Key responsibilities for Production Specialist:

Weighing and grinding coffee:

Precisely measure the required amount of coffee beans and grind them to the desired consistency based on customer specifications.

Bag filling:

Fill coffee bags with the weighed coffee, ensuring consistent weight and proper sealing.

Labeling and packaging:

Affix accurate labels with product information (blend name, roast level, weight) on each coffee bag.
