Job Title - Production Shift Manager - Evenings

Contract - Full Time//Permanent

Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 4pm - 12am 

The Role

As a Production Shift Manager, you’ll lead your shift to achieve operational targets in safety, quality, service, and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for delivering KPIs, optimising processes, and developing people while ensuring our high technical and quality standards are met. You will also provide relief cover for the Operations Manager and Operations Team Leads when required.
