Production Shift In-Charge (Aseptic)

Job Overview

Supervise shift operations to ensure timely, cost-effective production of quality goods in line with PPIC schedules. Drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, manpower, and compliance with standards. Identify training needs and support staff development.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Enforce GMP, GLCP, HACCP, and company policies; report food safety deviations.
• Ensure smooth shift turnover and alignment with PPIC production plans.
• Inspect plant operations, monitor quality, yields, costs, equipment, and safety; escalate major deviations.
• Confirm preventive/corrective maintenance schedules with Engineering.
• Review and document production performance, downtime, yields, and corrective actions.
• Manage physical counts of materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Conduct production trials and verify HACCP critical control points.
