Production Services Engineer

As a Production Services Engineer , you’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining business‑critical infrastructure and systems, ensuring high availability, performance and security across our production, test and development environments, including working on a wide range or projects to enhance both the future direction and services the Society offers.

This is a hybrid role , with a mix of working from home and time in the office.

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for complex systems across a 24x365 environment, including on call support, incident resolution and problem diagnosis
