Production Scheduling Supervisor

**What you’ll do:**

+ Manage the members of production planning team. Lead team get success in fulfilling order, leveling the production capacity, and optimizing the inventory level. Report to material manager, and assist manager achieving daily operation excellence.
+ Drive team to achieving KPI
+ Provides feedback and coaching to team members
+ Plan for long term production capacity
+ Maintain MPS(master production schedule)
+ Leading the monthly SIOP supply review
+ Control appropriate DOH for WIP, finished products and semi-finished products
+ Develop CI project and CI competency
+ Support NPI project
+ Report daily and monthly operation
