Production & SAP Routing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production & SAP Routing Specialist to serve as the critical bridge between process engineering and shop‑floor operations. In this role, you will be directly responsible for capturing, updating, validating, and maintaining manufacturing routings, operation sequences, and cycle times in SAP. Your work will ensure precise manufacturing planning, accurate cost accounting, and seamless Work Order (WO) execution.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Master Data Management: Directly create, update, and audit routing sheets, operational sequences, and standard cycle times (setup, labor, and machine execution times) within the SAP PP module.

• Shop‑Floor Validation (Gemba Walks): Conduct regular floor audits to verify that physical assembly steps, cycle times, and operational methods match system routings and engineering documentation.
