Production Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collect quality metrics for products
• Practice and execute design feedback for manufacturing
• Manage comprehensive quality issue analysis and generate thorough Failure Analysis (FA) reports
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve superior product quality
• Oversee creation, collection, analysis, and traceability of quality data
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct field site product quality control and collaborate with worldwide quality teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Electrical Engineering (EE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), or a related field
• Over 7 years of progressive quality control experience, specifically within the Electrical & Electronic Industry
