Requirements
Proven experience in production planning within an industrial environment, preferably in high-volume/mass production.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and within global, matrixed organizations.

Solid track record of managing teams and driving end-to-end planning processes.

Strong proficiency in ERP systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI).

Advanced skills in data management, KPI analysis, and operational decision-making.

Excellent command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.

Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead change initiatives.
