Responsibilities

• Support in general plant and section planning, ensuring alignment between production capacity and demand.
• Adaptation of theoretical planning to operational reality, considering incidents, resource availability, and shifting priorities.
• Operations planning for each section, coordinating schedules, shifts, and staffing needs (operators) in collaboration with the HR department.
• Analysis and improvement of production times, identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous improvement actions.
• Participation in follow-up meetings and collaboration in the enhancement of planning tools.
