Production Planning Executive

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and authorise the release of production Job Orders (Syspro) and Manufacturing Orders (SBMS) based on the approved Master Production Schedule (MPS), validated BOM, and confirmed customer demand; ensure alignment between planned and released quantities at all times.

Establish and enforce pre‑release order verification standards covering item code, BOM/revision version, quantity, due date, packaging specification, and routing/work centre assignment; identify and resolve any mismatch before orders are issued to the floor.

Lead daily production coordination with Shop Floor supervisors and department heads to ensure job execution adheres to the planned sequence and priority; proactively identify deviations, assess delivery impact, and initiate corrective actions or escalations to management as required.
