Production Planning Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed production and supply plans for forming, processing, and subcontracted operations on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis to ensure timely fulfilment of customer demand.
• Coordinate daily with the production team to review production status in line with planning schedules.
• Manage line scheduling to ensure optimal capacity utilization.
• Prepare detailed raw material and tubing planning (both import and domestic) to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
• Perform MRP runs for production and raw material planning in SAP (PP module).
• Work on SAP for PR issuance, stock overview, and BOM requirements.
• Plan, monitor, and control inventory levels across finished goods, semi-finished goods, raw materials, tubing, and packaging materials to ensure optimal stock availability and working capital efficiency.
