Production Planner

Responsible for preparing and maintaining production schedules in accordance with required demand, utilizing a thorough understanding of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and integrated relationships with procurement and the status of material resources.
Is responsible for coordinating production schedules, inventory management and collaborating with various teams to meet production goals efficiently.
Safety Requirements
Fulfill all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and act in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times.
This includes, following all HSE policies and procedures, acting on unsafe conditions and aiding Leadership in the attainment of HSE initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Develop current month production plan
Follow up shortages with procurement and within the internal areas (sub assemblies)
Escalate material shortages affecting production plan in mismatch tool and update impact
