The ideal candidate has a background in aerospace, defense, or emerging technology sectors (e.g., Tesla, Rivian, Anduril, SpaceX) and is comfortable working in a data-driven environment. Strong expertise in ERP/MES systems, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to analyze and act on production metrics are essential.
