Production Planner

• To develop and manage detailed production plans and schedules based on sales orders, stock levels and capacity. Issue production orders and communicate timelines to relevant departments.
• To track inventory levels and usage trends for raw materials and packaging items by referring to the forecast requirements and coordinate timely ordering.
• Track daily and monthly production outputs. To identify deviations and follow up with relevant departments to maintain targets.
• To draft and manage container stuffing plan.
• To receive and verify purchase orders, including DO, COA and invoices.
• To prepare monthly reports including production, sales, costing, and variance tracking for Raw Material, Packing Material, Work in Progress and Finish Goods.
• To prepare formulations for all feeds for production use, in discussion with the Nutritionist.
• To monitor formula costing for all feeds.
