Production Planner II

Job Summary

The Master Planner is responsible for driving end-to-end production planning and order fulfillment in a fast-paced electronics/semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate demand‑supply alignment, on‑time delivery, and optimal capacity utilization while maintaining strong communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order planning and acknowledgment within 24 hrs, ensuring alignment with capacity, materials and lead times
• Drive production planning and scheduling, including capacity balancing and level loading
• Ensure accurate demand‑supply alignment and maintain data integrity in ERP/MRP systems (Oracle/SAP)
• Monitor and deliver 100% on‑time delivery (OTD); proactively resolve delays and execution gaps
