Sontex is a growing SME active in the development and production of systems for thermal energy measurement, headquartered in the Biel region. For 36 years, we have been developing, producing, and distributing precise devices for recording energy consumption. We help our clients use energy resources efficiently and save them. Our clientele is active in the building technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, enter manufacturing orders, manage and coordinate with various internal stakeholders to ensure short delivery times.
• Ensure monitoring of production routings and schedules.
• Update item parameters in the ERP system to optimize the performance of the master plan by analyzing the past with the production and marketing & sales departments, providing forecast figures, forecast meetings.
• Participate in projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to their success.
