**Production Operator – $20.75/hr – 2nd Shift – Weekly Pay**

Now hiring Production Operators for a growing food manufacturing facility in Williamson, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to earn a permanent position with a full benefits package.

**Schedule:**

+ Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Operate production and packaging equipment
+ Monitor product quality, labeling, and packaging
+ Load materials and assist with product changeovers
+ Keep work areas clean and organized
+ Follow food safety and quality standards
+ Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

**What We're Looking For:**

+ Manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, assembly, or production experience is helpful but not required
