Build the technology powering next-generation clean energy. We're looking for hands-on, reliable people to join our production teams in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility — no experience required, we provide full hands-on training.
**Pay & Hours**

+ $18/hr to start, Raise to $20/hr after 90 days
+ +10% shift differential on 2nd shift ($19.80/hr)
+ 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
+ 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (2nd shift trains on 1st shift initially — differential still applies)

+ Work within a team to manufacture and assemble specialized components using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment
+ Follow clear work instructions and quality procedures, with full training provided
