Production Operator

We are currently looking to recruit a Picking / Packing Operator to join our Manufacturing team at Balmoral Tanks Ltd. Working as part of a two‑person team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, inspected, labelled and prepared for despatch to our sites worldwide.

This is a hands‑on role that requires excellent attention to detail, a strong focus on quality, and a commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders in line with Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Final inspection of pre‑packed items to ensure accuracy and conformity
• Maintain 100% accuracy in picking, packing, wrapping and labelling to company standards
• Prepare goods and paperwork for despatch, supporting on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) targets
• Operate forklifts, pump trucks and powered pallet trucks (where trained)
