PRODUCTION OPERATOR (MALAYSIA)

Responsible for sorting, weighing, packing, labelling, and arranging fresh mushrooms according to company standards and SOP. Ensure mushrooms are packed neatly, hygienically, and according to required quality, weight, and customer specifications. Assist in checking product quality, removing damaged or contaminated mushrooms, maintaining cleanliness of the packing area, and following food safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements at all times. Support daily packing operations, stock arrangement, and any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Able to follow instructions, SOP, hygiene, and safety requirements.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a packing environment, including standing for long hours and handling fresh products.
• Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and able to work as a team.
