Production Operator

As a production operator, your job is:

• Ensure production processes in the cosmetic area comply with all applicable SHE, quality, and operational standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations and company standards.
• Maintain product quality and process consistency throughout production activities.
• Execute production plans effectively and efficiently to achieve operational targets.
• Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in consumer goods or manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of safe mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Familiar with Autonomous Maintenance process
