Production Operator

Production Operator Position

Our leading Global Client is looking for a Production Operator to join their well established team based at their Kirkcaldy site. This role will be for a minimum of 6 months but may go on longer depending on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Mixing operator starting on mixing process - weighing up lino cement and adding pigment.
• Cleaning equipment at colour changes.
• Manual handling (no more than 25kg lift).
• Perform various labouring tasks as needed.

• Detail‑oriented, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a high‑performing team.
• Proven experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production setting.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
