Job Summary:

 The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production machines, ensuring products meet quality standards, and achieving daily production targets. The role includes machine setup, basic troubleshooting, maintaining production records, following all SOPs, supporting maintenance activities, and working closely with the Quality team. The operator also assists in training junior staff, maintains a safe and organized work environment, and contributes to process improvements for efficiency and quality.
 
 Job Description:  
 Switch on the Header Department chiller before starting machine operations.
Ensure all machine switches and heating systems are turned on to reach and maintain the required temperature.
Clean the machine thoroughly before starting production.
Must wear PPEs as required.
Perform line clearance after each job before starting a new one.
