**Overview:**
We are seeking a reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team on the 2nd shift. This position offers competitive pay and the opportunity for full-time employment based on performance. Interview and resume required.
**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Operate manufacturing equipment to convert raw materials into finished products, following detailed instructions, work orders, and blueprints.
+ Maintain accurate inventory logs of raw materials used and materials in process.
+ Perform in-process tests (hardness, weight, variation, pH, moisture content) to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.
+ Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or product deficiencies, resolving issues to maintain optimal production levels.
