Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off | 06:00 AM - 18:00 PM

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

In this role, you will support the wider production team in creating top‑quality malted ingredients, ensuring process timings and strict quality requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Operations: Operate specialised plant equipment to transfer grain through critical production stages, including Steeping, Germination, and Kilning.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine daily sampling, visual inspections, and moisture content analysis of grain, accurately documenting all process data.
