Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting daily production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Operator

**Location:** Darien, WI

**Pay Range: $22.56/hr**

**Shift:** 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

**What's the Job?**

+ Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery efficiently and safely
+ Assist in the assembly and handling of large parts and materials
+ Follow safety protocols, including wearing PPE such as steel shoes and safety glasses
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
+ Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
