Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Production Operator is responsible for operating automated test equipment of II-VI Laser Enterprise. He/She is also accountable for meeting productivity, quality, efficiency, cycle time, and other KPI targets set by immediate superior and management.

Qualifications & Experience

• College Level or a graduate of any 2-year Technical Course.
• 2-3 years semiconductors assembly and burn-in/test production experience. Experience in leading a small production team, preferable.
• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and/or burn-in/test clean room environment preferred.
• An understanding of clean room protocol, procedures is required and material safety data sheet (MSDS) preferred.
• Hands‑on attitude, initiative and resourcefulness, a must.
• Able to work independently as well as in a group environment.
