Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
Weigh and measure raw materials according to batch/recipe specifications Load ingredients and pre-blended materials into equipment Monitor production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operation Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they arise Operate equipment used for mixing, extruding, discharging, and material handling Inspect materials visually and physically to ensure quality standards are met Collect samples for laboratory testing and assist with batch adjustments as needed Escalate production issues to the Production Lead or Supervisor Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery Maintain data integrity across all systems Participate in training, retraining, and continuous improvement initiatives Fol...
