Production Operative

As a Production Operative you will be trained to work with tools and machinery to support safe and efficient production with high-quality results.

This role helps us deliver high-quality products and supports our purpose across the business. There are opportunities for career development and collaboration across teams.

Location: Ewhurst site, near Walliswood and Oakwoodhill, commutable from Horsham, Cranleigh, Guilford, Goldaming, Redhill and Crawley.

Hours of Work: 10:00am to 10:00pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely
• Meet production targets
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Participate in training
