The Role:

As a Production Operative, you will work within the manufacturing department dealing with the assembly, testing, and inspection of company products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the assembly and finish of moulded parts as directed by the Team Leader, ensuring high workmanship standards and quality.
• Support the preparation of mouldings in line with the production schedule.
• Prepare products, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.
• Engage in the cutting, grinding, and flow coating of bonded products.
