Production Operative

Production Operative – Telford, Shropshire

We are seeking a Production Operative to join a well‑established manufacturing business in the Halesfield area of Telford. You will work day shifts Monday to Friday (45 hours per week, including an early finish on Friday) with a starting pay rate up to £14.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Overtime is available and paid at a ½ premium rate after a three‑month probation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit components with precision, ensuring high quality standards are met.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
