About the Role
As a Production Operative you’ll be responsible for running high-speed machinery safely, efficiently, and effectively. This includes performing quality and safety checks, troubleshooting issues, and making adjustments as needed. The main focus is teamwork, safety, and working to high standards.
Shift Pattern
Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am.
Production Operative Duties
- Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Conducting regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Undertaking routine maintenance and cleaning of the machinery.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials.
- Adhering to quality, health, and safety procedures and regulations.
