We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join our Mix Room PM Shift. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role at the heart of our pastry production, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and producing high‑quality food products.

Hours of Work

14:00–00:30 (with 2 × 30‑minute unpaid breaks)

Hourly Rate

£13.21 per hour. Enhanced rate: £16.51 per hour for hours worked between 20:00–06:00 or hours over 37.5 per week.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Setup

• Set up scales and mixers at the start of each shift to ensure production can begin smoothly.

Ingredient Preparation

• Decant and prepare ingredients for Mix Prep and Production Line teams.
