We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join our Mix Prep PM Shift. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role at the heart of our pastry production, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, and producing high‑quality food products.

Hours of Work: 14:00–00:30 (with 2 x 30‑minute unpaid breaks)
Hourly Rate: £13.21 per hour
Enhanced Rate: £16.51 per hour for hours worked between 20:00–06:00 or hours over 37.5 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Set up scales and mixers at the start of each shift to ensure production can begin smoothly.
• Decant and prepare ingredients for Mix Prep and Production Line teams.
• Weigh out ingredients precisely following bespoke recipes.
• Record batch numbers and maintain full traceability of all raw ingredients and completed mixes.
