We are looking for motivated and practically-minded Production Operatives to join our client's manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role focused on the use of hand and power tools in a production environment. No formal trade qualification is required, what matters is your attitude, aptitude, and willingness to learn.

This role suits individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality workmanship, and thrive in a team-based production setting. Full training will be provided on our processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate a range of hand tools including hammers, screwdrivers, spanners, pliers, chisels, and measuring equipment

* Operate power tools including drills, grinders, circular saws, jigsaws, and sanders safely and effectively

* Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and production schedules

* Assemble, fit, and finish components to specification and quality standards
