Production Operative

Location: Rushden

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30

Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Working on a food production line
• Packing food products to required standards
• General cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
• Handling products up to 3kg
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Good attention to detail
• A physically demanding role, requiring the ability to be on your feet for extended periods and carry out repetitive tasks
• Comfortable with light lifting (up to 3kg)
• Reliable and punctual
