Production Operative - Night Shift

Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG

Pay (Night Shift):

• £14.23 per hour (starter rate)
• £15.66 per hour (one skill)
• £18.44 per hour (multi‑skilled)

Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week

Night Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and setting up high‑tech production machinery
• Maintaining product quality to company standards
• Working collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Progressing through a structured training pathway to become multi‑skilled

Pay & Overtime (Night Shift)

• One Skill Rate: £15.66 per hour
• Multi‑Skilled Rate: £18.44 per hour
• Overtime (Time and a Half):
  • Starter: £14.23 per hour
  • One Skill: £23.49 per hour
  • Multi‑Skilled: £27.66 per hour
