Location: Fakenham, Norfolk

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a motivated Production Operator to join our team at our facility near Fakenham. In this role, you will support the wider production team in creating high-quality malted ingredients. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Plant Operations: Operate plant equipment to optimum performance levels to meet the production schedule. This includes transferring grain through key production stages like Steeping, Germination, and Kilning.

Quality & Process Control: Follow production process cards exactly according to the recipe. Take routine samples for visual inspections and moisture content a...
