Production Operative Box Build (Shift)

The Production Operative will possess a strong manufacturing and assembly background, ideally gained within the Aerospace and Defence sector or another low to medium volume Technology sector. The role is to ensure that the assembly of products are carried out to the required Quality, Cost and Delivery requirements.

Early: Mon-Thursday 6:00 – 2:00. Friday 6:00 – 13:30.

Late: Mon-Thursday 13:30 – 23:15.

Key Areas Of Responsibility Include

• Prepare and assemble units in accordance with customer specific drawings and specifications
• Read and interpret complex drawings, including systems and notes
• Verify that routings and detailed Work Instruction Sheets have been followed for all activities
• Adhere to the Company’s quality operating procedures at all times during the execution of day to day assembly activities, complying with IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, AS9100 and NADCAP procedures where required
