Production Operative

CNC Recruitment are seeking experienced Production Operators to join our client in Beaminster - a well-known global food production company. This role requires individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, ensuring the daily packing plan is completed safely, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards.

Location: Beaminster

Job type: Temp to perm, permanent after 12 weeks

Salary: £12.71 an hour plus 20% shift premium for the first 12 weeks, and then 40% premium

Working hours: rotating shift pattern of (phone number removed); shifts alternate between 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00 (11-hours paid), requiring extended standing periods.

Job Purpose:

• Complete the daily packing plan safely and cost-effectively while maintaining and achieving the highest standard of quality.
• Always maintain Health & Safety and quality.
• Help support the development of a “best in class” packing operation.
