Production Operations Lead

**Description:**
You will be the Production Operations Lead for the Precision Fires team. Our team is responsible for driving production operations strategies and ensuring successful missile production across multiple Lockheed Martin facilities.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Production Operations Lead you will be responsible for integrating production operations strategies, developing transition plans, and executing PrSM missile production across multiple sites.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Identify risks and opportunities early in process development and build strategies to maximize throughput and manufacturability.
+ Develop site capacity plans and multi‑site execution strategies from proposal through contract closeout.
+ Create proposal estimates, tooling plans, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs) to support production efforts.
