About the role: The Production Officer supervises the production process within a specified zone (Dispensing, Manufacturing, Packaging) for safe, compliant and efficient output as per the production schedule during shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Confirm operational set‑up on assigned line(s)/zone, ensuring man, machine, material and methods are ready for smooth start‑up and ongoing operations, in compliance with SOPs and GMP/EHS standards.
• Supervise operations in the assigned zone, delivering continuous and consistent product quality while being present at least 70% of the time for people leadership, performance management, problem solving and process conformance.
• Document real‑time batch information, reconcile batches and maintain GMP documents in line with data integrity principles.
