Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Production Manager at the dough mix station

Follow all OKFD procedures for quality control and production efficiency

Thorough understanding and following of OKFD Food Safety Program

Thorough understanding and following of OKFD Plant Safety Program

Record ingredient lot codes and follow FIFO lot code rotation

Keep production area clean and organized

Accurately scale trace ingredients

Accurately scale and systematically add ingredients to the mixing bowl

Monitor dough through the mixing cycle

Plan dough mixing time to keep up to production line requirements

Complete in-house training of line worker duties

Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic computer, reading, writing, and mathematical skills
