Production Manager/Quality Control

Make a real Impact and lead our team at AJ's Total Truck Gear and Kentweld Bullbars. We produce one of the largest range of tough and innovative bullbars and bumpers in Australia with 3 locations in Toowoomba QLD, Sunshine West VIC and Welshpool WA.

Job is located in Toowoomba Queensland 4350 (although will get to travel to other locations at times). We will provide $3000 to transfer costs if the right applicant wishes to relocate to Toowoomba.

Production Leadership role includes:

1. Lead, mentor and supervise a production team of approximately 20 employees.
2. Create a positive, accountable and safety-focused workplace culture.
3. Allocate daily workloads to maximize productivity.
4. Monitor workflow throughout the day to ensure production targets are achieved.
5. Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
6. Ensure labor resources are effectively utilized.
