Description Own day-to-day production execution and performance at the Brockville facility by translating the Director, Operations’ strategy into disciplined shop‑floor results. Drive consistent safety, efficiency, schedule adherence, and team performance while developing Production Supervisors and building scalable operations.
Outcomes
Production Performance:
Achieve and sustain ≥80% labour efficiency across all production lines within 12 months while supporting capacity growth targets.
Schedule Execution:
Deliver ≥95% Master Production Schedule (MPS) adherence on a rolling 3 month basis through disciplined daily production control and escalation.
